In case of a dispute where the seller is unable to provide a refund or a replacement to the buyer, Vedson will work towards reaching a resolution of the dispute and help buyer to get the fair resolution. Un till the resolution amount of the order will be with Vedson only which will safeguard the buyers interest.
The Buyer Protection Program covers Buyers who are unable to successfully resolve their dispute with the seller or are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the seller. If the issue with the seller is not resolved than the buyer can again write within 1 day to email@example.com for their unsatisfied dispute resolution provide by the seller. Vedson’s customer support team will look into the case to check for possible fraud and if the buyer has been blacklisted/blocked from making purchase on the platform. Only after verifying these facts, buyers dispute can be registered.
To come to a resolution, Vedson Customer Support team will facilitate a conference call including the seller and buyer if vedson customer support feels to do that and if required only.
When a dispute has been raised by seller or buyer, Vedson may provide both the parties details to each other like display names, contact details, business details, email address and any other details which is required or which vedson want to give only regarding to the dispute. Buyers and sellers are subject to final consent from Vedson for settling the dispute between buyer and seller.
Untill the dispute is resolved amount of the order will be with Vedson only, Vedson will not transfer the order amount to the seller until the dispute is resolved.
If resolution is in buyer side than vedson will refund the order amount on behalf of the seller. And if resolution is in seller side than vedson will give order amount to the seller and buyer cannot avail refund for that product.
